Please return items in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.

Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization, please email@ShopBlissful.com or call 561.988.5351.

If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us; we will re-ship your order with the correct item at no additional cost.

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States.  If you would like to have an order shipped outside of the United States, please call us at 561.988.5351 and we will see what we can do to help you spread the BLISS outside our borders!
